At American Origin, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order or product, please contact us by email so we can assist you.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item from your shipment, please email us with your order number, if applicable, the product information, and a description of the issue. For damaged products, please include clear photos showing the damage whenever possible.

Missing Orders
If you have not received your order, please email us so we can help investigate its status. Please include your order number, if applicable, and the product information in your email.

Defective Products
If you believe you have received a defective candle, please email us photos showing the front, top, and sides of the candle, a description of the issue, your order number if applicable, the fragrance name, and the candle size. For defective products other than candles, please include clear photos of the product and a description of the issue.
Please contact us before returning a damaged, defective, or incorrect product so we can review the issue and provide instructions on the next steps.

Returns
Unused products may be eligible for return if requested within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Please email American Origin before shipping any item back. Approved returns are subject to inspection. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped product.
Please do not send merchandise back without first receiving return instructions from American Origin.
To request a return, include your order number, if applicable, the product name, and the reason for the return.
