Order Processing

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days.

Some products require additional processing time:

  • Hand & Body Butters: Allow up to 2 weeks.
  • Woven Throws: Allow up to 3 weeks.
  • Custom and Specialty Products: Processing times vary by product and will be noted when applicable.

Processing times do not include carrier transit time. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

American Origin currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping carriers and methods may vary by order. P.O. boxes may not be eligible for all shipping methods; a physical street address may be required.

Shipping charges and available options are displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery.

Tracking & Shipping Issues

Tracking information will be provided when available. If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us for assistance. For damaged items, include photos when possible.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
